Situation

A leading electricity transmission network operator was at a critical point in its technological evolution. The company owns and operates the transmission network in a region known for its pioneering approach to renewable power generation.

As the energy landscape rapidly evolves towards more sustainable solutions, the company recognised the need for a comprehensive technology strategy to support this transition, while continuing to deliver safe and reliable energy across metropolitan, regional, and remote areas.
